Arrival

Confirming Your Arrival

You must confirm your arrival with Touchwood Reception. Once you have booked your promotion please call 0121 709 6900 and confirm with Touchwood Reception/Control your arrival time, date and be prepared to give a brief description of works that will be undertaken. ALL PROMOTIONAL EVENTS MUST DO THIS, REGARDLESS OF SIZE. You will be booked in as an 'Contractor.'

Arriving at Touchwood

Once you have arrived on Homer Road please proceed to the Touchwood Delivery Area (located on the roof of Touchwood) via the turning next to the John Lewis Collection Point.

Once you arrive please park in Area 2 and report to Touchwood Management Reception - they will then direct you to the nearest goods lift to unload your promotion. We no not supply car parking - you have 30 minutes to unload you goods and then you must move you vehicle. Wheel clamping is in operation.

Paid HGV/van parking is avaible on Monks Path Hall Road Car Park. Touchwood has guest car parks that can all other vehicles (Charged). Other car parking information for Solihull can be found by clicking here.
