One of the Touchwood Commercialisation team will liaise with you directly to arrange for all required documents to be emailed / posted when you book the promotion.

For reference: Touchwood will require you to provide:

A copy of your public liability insurance (Minimum value £5 million)
A method statement
A signed copy of terms and conditions
Graphics of your promotion
A signed licence
Full payment is required before entry.

In large build projects you will be requested to supply a detailed method statement produced for the promotion. Invoices will be posted to the address on the licence - promotions will only be accepted once payment has cleared. Bookings are not confirmed until all documents have been received and payment has been made.
